How to take your measurements

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to include your shoulder blades and keep the tape straight and level.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, without sucking in your stomach. This measurement should be taken just above your natural waistline.
Make sure the tape remains straight.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips/bottom.
The tape should be straight, not twisted.
