RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Not satisfied with your online purchase? You can return it for an exchange or a refund. You have 14 days to submit your return request.

Exchanges are free.

The date taken into account is the date of your return request, not the date your request is processed or the date the item is received by the store.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How does it work?

You must submit a return request through your customer account on boutiquerue.ca before returning an item.

Return requests are reviewed and approved Tuesday through Friday only.

Please note that the date you submit your request is what counts toward the return period, not the date we respond.

After Approval

You will receive a return shipping label by email to print and attach to your package.

No returns will be accepted in store.

Return Fees

$10 (deducted from your refund).

$0 for exchanges.

Processing and Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation once your return has been received and processed.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy.
