RUE is looking for a marketing project manager who will actively contribute to the evolution of our brand image and communications.

In this role, you will be at the heart of the company's marketing initiatives and
participate in the continuous improvement of our online and in-store communications.

Responsibilities

• Create a monthly initiative calendar linked to monthly objectives and available resources

• Plan the weekly content schedule based on the previous week's analysis with a focus on continuous improvement

• Create newsletters and associated content (Klaviyo)

• Produce photo and video content for communications – comfortable with taking photos and videos (iPhone camera) – photos taken of store employees, in-store, and of yourself

• Manage social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok): posts, message replies, content organization, and continuous improvement

• Manage website and collection imagery to maintain an optimal website (Shopify)

• Participate in the development and organization of special events

• Conduct competitive intelligence to improve our marketing processes both online and in-store

• Analyze marketing performance and propose adjustments (Meta Business, Klaviyo, and Shopify)

• Provide customer follow-up and offer quality service across all our platforms

Qualifications

• University degree in marketing or a related field and experience in digital and traditional marketing

• Knowledge of Shopify (a plus), Instagram, Facebook, and Klavyio (a plus)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Excellent writing skills and excellent command of written French

• Comfortable in front of the camera

• Basic knowledge of photography

• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and brand image

• Autonomy, analytical mind, and ability to take initiative

Conditions

• Salary according to experience

• On-site work from Monday to Friday

• 37.5 hours per week
