IN-STORE PICKUP

✅ Free in-store during opening hours.

If an item is not available in the chosen store, please indicate it in your order notes. We will transfer the item to the correct location.

Processing times

• Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Is your online purchase not suitable? You can return it for an exchange or a refund. You have 14 days to make your return. Exchanges are free.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Sale purchases are FINAL SALE, so are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Requests are noted and approved only from Tuesday to Friday.
- The date of your request corresponds to day 1 for deadlines, not the day we respond to you.
- After approval, you will receive a return label by email, to print and affix to the package.
- No returns will be accepted in-store.

Return fees

• $10 (deducted from the refunded amount).
• $0 fee for an exchange.

Processing and refund

• The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
• A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt and processing.
• If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return outside of policy.
