How to take your measurements
Chest
- Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to include your shoulder blades and keep the tape straight and level.
Waist
- Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, without sucking in your stomach. This measurement should be taken just above your natural waistline.
- Make sure the tape remains straight.
Hips
- Measure around the fullest part of your hips/bottom.
- The tape should be straight, not twisted.
