If an item is not available at your chosen store, please indicate it in your order notes. We will transfer the item to the correct location.

Processing times

• Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Requests are noted and approved only from Tuesday to Friday.
- The date of your request corresponds to day 1 for deadlines, not the day we respond to you.
- After approval, you will receive a return label by email, to print and affix to the package.
- No returns will be accepted in-store.

Return fees

• $0 fee for an exchange.
• $10 fee for a refund for regular-priced merchandise.

Processing and refund for regular-priced merchandise

• The refund will be made using the original payment method.
• A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt and processing.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return outside of our policy.
