      If an item is not available at the chosen store, please indicate it in your order notes. We will transfer the item to the correct location.


      Processing Times

      • Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday (10 AM to 6 PM).
      • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

      ALL PURCHASES INCLUDING ONE OR MORE BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER MONDAY 2025 DISCOUNTS OR ANY OTHER DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.

      Do you want to exchange for a different size? If the size you want is still available, you have 14 days to make your exchange request. Exchanges are free.

      PLEASE NOTE :

      - Requests are reviewed and approved only from Tuesday to Friday.
      - The date of       your request corresponds to day 1 regarding deadlines, not the day we respond to you.
      - After approval, you will receive a return label by email, to print and affix to the package.
      - No returns will be accepted in-store.

      Return fees

      • $0 fee for an exchange.
      • $10 fee for refunds of regular-priced merchandise

      Processing and refund of regular-priced merchandise

      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
      • A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt and processing.
      • We reserve the right to refuse any return outside of our policy.
